Over the years, our goals as a business have been not only to provide locksmith services for our customers, but also to inform and educate -- whether it be holding training classes for our local police department to demonstrate lock security and how locks are picked, or providing safety tips in flyers for distribution by our local Chambers of Commerce and area realtors.

We are always concerned about the safety of our community and the security of our customers. Therefore, we wanted to have a way to provide information regarding current issues that we become aware of and this is what our Consumer Information web page is designed to do. We will do our best to keep this page updated as we become aware of other safety issues.

We encourage everyone to be an educated, responsible consumer and to take the time to do the necessary “due diligence” when contacting companies to have services performed, especially in these difficult economic times.   Whether it is a locksmith, electrician, plumber, auto mechanic or other service provider, you should be able to inquire about their licensing, insurance and bonding, experience, warranties, and their physical location and length of time in business.  If a company refuses to give their license number or discuss these things with you, then it’s “Buyer beware.”  The BBB and other consumer-protection agencies are usually very good sources for finding reputable businesses, and perhaps by doing a little research before, you may prevent a lot of problems later.
